According to the Presidential decree of the Republic of Uzbekistan of January 5, 2019 No. UP-5611 "About Additional Measures for the Accelerated Tourism Development in the Republic of Uzbekistan" and the resolution of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan "About measures for the accelerated development of tourist industry" the Cabinet of Ministers decides No. PP-4095 of January 5, 2019:

1. Make changes and additions to some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Uzbekistan according to appendix.

2. To impose control of execution of this resolution on the deputy prime minister of the Republic of Uzbekistan concerning social development A. A. Abdukhakimov, the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Uzbekistan A. H. Kamilov and the Minister of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Uzbekistan P. R. Bobozhonov.

to the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan of October 21, 2019 No. 885

Changes and additions made to some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Uzbekistan

1. In the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of November 21, 1996 No. 408 "About procedure for entrance, departure, stay and transit of foreign citizens and stateless persons in the Republic of Uzbekistan":

a) add Item 1 with paragraphs of the following content:

"The list of categories of entrance, exit and transit visas of the Republic of Uzbekistan (not electronic) according to appendix No. 4;

The list of the countries for which citizens the visa-free regime in the Republic of Uzbekistan according to appendix No. 5 is set".

b) in appendix No. 1:

third the subitem "b" of Item 2 to state the paragraph in the following edition:

"Entrance visas are issued, as a rule, for the term of no more than one year. In cases, stipulated by the legislation, to certain categories of foreign citizens and stateless persons entrance visas are issued for the term of no more than three years";

in Item 6:

in paragraph one of the word "for one year" shall be replaced with words "up to three years";

add with the subitem "d" of the following content:

"e) for founders (participants) of the companies with foreign investments and members of their families";

"8. For issue or prolongation of effective period of entry visas and departure from the Republic of Uzbekistan from foreign citizens:

a) consular establishments of the Republic of Uzbekistan levy the consular fees according to the procedure and the sizes established by the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan and also charges on account of compensation of the actual expenses connected with making of consular actions, according to the procedure and the sizes established by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Uzbekistan and heads of consular establishments or heads of diplomatic representations of the Republic of Uzbekistan;

b) law-enforcement bodies of the Republic of Uzbekistan collect the state fee according to the procedure and the sizes established by the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan";

V-1	The business entrance visa (accredited in profile departments and organizations of the Republic of Uzbekistan) It is issued for the term of accreditation to the staff of representative offices of the foreign commercial organizations, and also foreign banks or other financial organizations in the territory of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
9.	V-2	Business entrance visa (business visa) It is issued for up to 1 year to the representatives of business community who are temporarily in the Republic of Uzbekistan.
10.	T	Tourist entrance visa It is issued for up to 1 month to the foreign citizens visiting the Republic of Uzbekistan in the tourist purposes.
11.	TG	Group tourist entrance visa It is issued for up to 1 month to the foreign citizens visiting the Republic of Uzbekistan in the tourist purposes as a part of tourist group in number of at least 5 people.
12.	PLG	Pilgrim entrance visa It is issued for up to 2 months to foreign citizens according to requests of subjects of tourist activities and Committee on cases of religions under the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan for studying of cultural and historical and religious and spiritual heritage, traditions of Uzbekistan.
13.	Е	The working entrance visa (based on the license of the Agency on external labor migration under the Ministry of employment and employment relationships of the Republic of Uzbekistan) It is issued for the term of confirmation of the right to labor activity issued to the foreign citizen by the Agency on external labor migration under the Ministry of employment and employment relationships of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

21. 23.	MED	Medical entrance visa It is issued for up to 3 months for the foreign citizens driving to the Republic of Uzbekistan on treatment by the invitation of treatment and prevention facility.
24.	S-1	The entrance visa for crew It is issued for up to 1 year to foreign members of crews of aircrafts and railroad trains.
25.	S-2	The entrance visa for drivers It is issued for up to 1 year to foreign drivers of cargo vehicles.
26.	EXIT	Exit visa It is issued for up to 1 month to foreign citizens for departure from the Republic of Uzbekistan, in case of delay of terms of entrance visas by them.
27.	TRAN	Transit visa It is issued for up to 3 days to foreign citizens, the following transit through the territory of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
28.	INV	Repeated investment visa. It is issued valid up to 3 years, drawn up to the foreign citizens and persons without citizenship investing in economy of the Republic of Uzbekistan in the amount of at least 8500-fold basic settlement size established in the Republic of Uzbekistan at the time of introduction of foreign investments, in the form of share acquisition and shares of economic societies, and also creation of the companies with foreign investments, issued according to requests of these companies, with possibility of prolongation of its term without leaving from the territory of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

3. The visa-free regime is applied to citizens of above-mentioned countries, owners of all categories of the passports (diplomatic, office and all-civil) planning to visit the Republic of Uzbekistan irrespective of the purpose of their trip. For entry into the country person shall have the valid national passport or other replacing document used during trips to foreign countries which effective period shall constitute at least 6 months of execution of the visa.
