1. Approve the enclosed changes which are made to the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of March 3, 2017 No. 255 "About calculation and collection of payment for negative impact on the environment" (The Russian Federation Code, 2017, No. 11, Art. 1572; 2018, No. 28, Art. 4221).
2. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its official publication and is applied to the legal relationship which arose since January 1, 2019, except for Item of 3 changes approved by this resolution.
3. The Item of 3 changes approved by this resolution becomes effective since January 1, 2020.
