1. Make changes and additions to some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Uzbekistan according to appendix No. 1.

2. Recognize invalid some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Uzbekistan according to appendix No. 2.

3. To the ministry of construction of the Republic of Uzbekistan together with the interested ministries and departments to bring the regulatory legal acts adopted by them into accord with this resolution in a month.

4. To impose control of execution of this resolution on the First Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Uzbekistan - the Minister of Transport A. Zh. Ramatov and the First Deputy Minister of Construction of the Republic of Uzbekistan B. I. Zakirov.

Changes and additions made to some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Uzbekistan

1. In the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of August 12, 1994 No. 410 "About modification and amendments in some decisions of the government of the Republic of Uzbekistan":

a) in paragraph one the subitem "b" of Item 1 to Goskomarkhitektstroy to replace the word with the word to Ministry of Construction;
