I ORDER:

1. Approve the Instruction for application of rates for electrical and heat energy according to appendix.

2. To the press secretary to publish this order within three working days from the date of registration:

- in the Erkin Too newspaper;

- on the website of the State agency on regulation of fuel and energy complex under the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic.

3. To department of legal support:

- within three working days from the date of official publication to send the copy of this order to the Ministry of Justice of the Kyrgyz Republic for state registration;

- within three working days from the date of entry into force to send to Government office of the Kyrgyz Republic for information.

4. Declare invalid the order of the State agency on regulation of fuel and energy complex under the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About approval of the Instruction for application of rates for electrical and heat energy" of February 18, 2016 No. 1.

5. This order becomes effective after 15 days from the date of official publication.

Instruction for application of rates for electrical and heat energy

This Instruction for application of rates for electrical and heat energy (further the Instruction) is developed according to the laws of the Kyrgyz Republic "About power", "About power industry" and Instructions for use and are directed by the electrical energy approved by the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic of August 22, 2012 No. 576, Instructions for use the heat energy approved by the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic of March 14, 2012 No. 172 to application of the rates for electrical and heat energy established by the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About approval of Medium-term tariff policy of the Kyrgyz Republic on electrical and heat energy for 2020-2022" of March 27, 2020 No. 188 and is intended for use by the power supplying organizations and consumers of electrical and heat energy under control of authorized state body, the fuel and energy complex of the Kyrgyz Republic performing state regulation of activities of subjects.

Chapter 1. Rates for electrical energy

§ 1. General provisions

1. This Instruction determines procedure for application of the rates for electrical energy approved to application by authorized body within realization of Medium-term tariff policy on electrical energy and also determines the list of consumers to whom the established rates are applied.

2. The rates for electrical energy established by Appendix 1 "Medium-term tariff policy of the Kyrgyz Republic on electrical energy for 2020-2022" (further SSTP) to the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic of March 27, 2020 No. 188, affirm to application by the decision of authorized body during the term determined by the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic.

§ 2. Scope of rates

3. The procedure for application of rates established by this Instruction extends to the electrical energy developed, transferred, distributed and released to final consumers by the electrosupplying organizations in all territory of the Kyrgyz Republic.
