About approval of form of the state statistical reporting 1 bidding (retail) "Report on retail trade" and instructions for its filling
Based on subitem 8.10 of Item 8 of the Regulations on National Statistical Committee of the Republic of Belarus approved by the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of August 26, 2008 No. 445, National Statistical Committee of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:
1. Approve:
1.1. form of the state statistical reporting 1 bidding (retail) "The report on retail trade" (is attached) and to enact it starting with the report for 2020;
1.2. Instructions for filling of form of the state statistical reporting 1 bidding (retail) "The report on retail trade" (are applied) and to enact them starting with the report for 2020.
2. Extend the form of the state statistical reporting specified in subitem 1.1 of Item 1 of this resolution on legal entities (except peasant farms), the separate divisions of legal entities having separate balance, performing retail trade and (or) subscription to printing editions according to Item 1 of the Instructions on filling of form of the state statistical reporting 1 bidding (retail) "The report on retail trade" approved by this resolution.
3. Recognize invalid:
the resolution of National Statistical Committee of the Republic of Belarus of July 11, 2016 No. 82 "About approval of form of the state statistical reporting 1 bidding (retail) "The report on retail trade" and instructions for its filling";
the resolution of National Statistical Committee of the Republic of Belarus of July 18, 2017 No. 67 "About modification and amendments in the resolution of National Statistical Committee of the Republic of Belarus of July 11, 2016 No. 82";
the resolution of National Statistical Committee of the Republic of Belarus of July 20, 2018 No. 61 "About entering of amendments and changes into the resolution of National Statistical Committee of the Republic of Belarus of July 11, 2016 No. 82";
the resolution of National Statistical Committee of the Republic of Belarus of July 12, 2019 No. 53 "About change of the resolution of National Statistical Committee of the Republic of Belarus of July 11, 2016 No. 82";
subitem 1.30 of Item 1 of the resolution of National Statistical Committee of the Republic of Belarus of October 11, 2019 No. 105 "About change of resolutions of National Statistical Committee of the Republic of Belarus".
4. This resolution becomes effective since January 12, 2021.
