Based on subitem 8.10 of Item 8 of the Regulations on National Statistical Committee of the Republic of Belarus approved by the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of August 26, 2008 No. 445, National Statistical Committee of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:
1. Approve:
1.1. form of the state statistical reporting 1 bidding (retail) "The report on retail trade" (is attached) and to enact it starting with the report for 2016;
1.2. Instructions for filling of form of the state statistical reporting 1 bidding (retail) "The report on retail trade" (are applied) and to enact them starting with the report for 2016.
2. No. 105 is excluded according to the Resolution of National Statistical Committee of the Republic of Belarus of 11.10.2019
3. Extend the form of the state statistical reporting specified in subitem 1.1 of Item 1 of this resolution on legal entities (except peasant farms), the separate divisions of legal entities having separate balance, performing retail trade and (or) subscription to printing editions according to Item 1 of the Instructions on filling of form of the state statistical reporting 1 bidding (retail) "The report on retail trade" approved by this resolution.
4. Declare invalid the resolution of National Statistical Committee of the Republic of Belarus of July 14, 2015 No. 73 "About approval of form of the state statistical reporting 1 bidding (retail) "The report on retail trade" and instructions for its filling" (The national legal Internet portal of the Republic of Belarus, 28.07.2015, 7/3172).
5. This resolution becomes effective in fifteen working days after its signing.
