Article 1. Article 2. Article 3. Bring in the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan of August 31, 2000 No. 116-II "About protection of agricultural plants against wreckers, diseases and weeds" (Sheets of Oliy Majlis of the Republic of Uzbekistan, 2000, No. 7-8, of Art. 208; Sheets of chambers of Oliy Majlis of the Republic of Uzbekistan, 2014, No. 12, Art. 343; 2017, No. 9, Art. 510) following changes:

"The public sanitary and epidemiologic service of the Ministry of Health" shall be replaced with words 1) in the text of Article 4 of the word "Service of sanitary and epidemiologic wellbeing and public health";

2) in Article 7:

in the name of the word of "The public sanitary and epidemiologic service of the Ministry of Health" shall be replaced with words "Services of sanitary and epidemiologic wellbeing and public health";

in paragraph one of the word "Public Sanitary and Epidemiologic Service of the Ministry of Health" shall be replaced with words "The service of sanitary and epidemiologic wellbeing and public health";

3) in part two of Article 17 of the word of "The public sanitary and epidemiologic service of the Ministry of Health" shall be replaced with words "Services of sanitary and epidemiologic wellbeing and public health";

Article 4. "sanitary and epidemiologic service - single system which includes the Services of sanitary and epidemiologic wellbeing and public health of the Republic of Uzbekistan, its regional governments, district (city) departments and the organizations entering into its structure, performing activities in the field of sanitary and epidemiologic wellbeing of the population";

2) in Article 8:

to state paragraph two of part one in the following edition:

"Service of sanitary and epidemiologic wellbeing and public health of the Republic of Uzbekistan, managements of sanitary and epidemiologic wellbeing and public health of the Republic of Karakalpakstan, areas and city of Tashkent, district (city) departments of sanitary and epidemiologic wellbeing and public health";

third to state part in the following edition:

"Service of sanitary and epidemiologic wellbeing and public health of the Republic of Uzbekistan, management of sanitary and epidemiologic wellbeing and public health of the Republic of Karakalpakstan, areas and city of Tashkent provide methodical management, coordination of activities of structural divisions, the specified in paragraph three of part one and part two of this Article".

Article 5. In part one of article 7 of the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan of October 23, 2019 No. ZRU-574 "About support of breastfeeding and requirements to food for babies and children of early age" (2019, No. 10, the Art. 673) words "The state inspection of sanitary and epidemiological surveillance under the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan" shall be replaced with words sheets of chambers of Oliy Majlis of the Republic of Uzbekistan "Service of sanitary and epidemiologic wellbeing and public health of the Republic of Uzbekistan".

Article 6. Bring in the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan of December 16, 2019 No. ZRU-595 "About preschool education and education" (Sheets of chambers of Oliy Majlis of the Republic of Uzbekistan, 2019, No. 12, the Art. 889) the following changes:

"The state inspection of sanitary and epidemiological surveillance under the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan" shall be replaced with words 1) in part two of Article 46 of the word "Service of sanitary and epidemiologic wellbeing and public health of the Republic of Uzbekistan";

Article 8. To the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan:

bring decisions of the government into accord with this Law;

provide review and cancellation by state bodies of their regulatory legal acts contradicting this Law.

Article 9. This Law becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
