About modification of the Decision of Board of the Eurasian economic commission of August 18, 2015 No. 100

According to the paragraph the 4 article 3 of the Agreement on introduction of single forms of the passport of the vehicle (the passport of the vehicle chassis) and the passport of the self-propelled machine and other types of the equipment and the organization of systems of electronic passports of August 15, 2014 the Board of the Eurasian economic commission decided:

1. Bring in the Decision of Board of the Eurasian economic commission of August 18, 2015 No. 100 "About the passport of the self-propelled machine and other types of the equipment" changes according to appendix.

2. Determine that:

a) the forms of passports of self-propelled machines and other types of the equipment made to the introduction of this Decision in force are used along with the forms made taking into account changes, stipulated in Item 2 appendices to this Decision;

b) the passports of self-propelled machines and other types of the equipment which are drawn up to the introduction of this Decision in force are effective without restrictions along with the passports which are drawn up on the forms made taking into account changes, stipulated in Item 2 appendices to this Decision.

3. This Decision shall enter into force upon the expiry of 30 calendar days from the date of its official publication.
