In pursuance of provisions of the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About explosive materials of industrial function" and the Orders of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic of June 30, 2006 No. 473 "About the regulatory legal acts in the field of technical regulation operating in the territory of the Kyrgyz Republic before entry into force of technical regulations" the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:

1. Approve enclosed:

- Regulations on procedure for the admission of persons to the activities connected with turnover of explosive materials;

- Regulations on procedure for withdrawal of explosive materials and devices of explosive case;

- Regulations on procedure for the dispute resolution, the explosive materials arising in case of turnover.

2. Enter in the Register of the allowing documents issued by executive bodies and their structural divisions, No. 103 approved by the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic of February 25, 2004 "About approval of the Register of the allowing documents issued by executive bodies and their structural divisions", the following changes and amendments:
