About modification of the Regulations on the Heritable register

According to part two of article 9 of the Law of Ukraine "About electronic documents and electronic document management", to Items 2, of the 10th Section I of the Standard instruction for documentation of management information electronically and the organizations of work with electronic documents in clerical work, electronic interdepartmental exchange, to the paragraph to the second Item 3 of Regulations of the organization of the interaction of executive bodies electronically approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of January 17, 2018 No. 55, I ORDER:

1. Bring in the Regulations on the Heritable register approved by the order of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine of July 7, 2011 No. 1810/5, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on July 11, 2011 for No. 831/19569, the following changes:

1) in Chapter II:

in Item 2.3:

the paragraph one after the word of "statements" to add with the words "electronically with use of system of electronic interaction of executive bodies (further-system of interaction)";

paragraphs two, third after the word of "statements" to add with the words "electronically with use of system of interaction";
