Accept the offer of "National Center of Space Researches and Technologies" joint-stock company (further – JSC NTsKIT) about transfer to republican property of 100 (hundred) percent of shares in the authorized capital of affiliated limited liability partnerships "Institute of Ionosphere" and "Institute of the Space Equipment and Technologies" (further – partnerships) according to the gift agreement.

2. To committee of state-owned property and privatization of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan:

1) together with JSC NTsKIT (under approval) to take the measures following from Item 1 of this resolution;

2) to provide assignment of rights of ownership and use of share of partnerships to Space committee of the Ministry of digital development, innovations and the aerospace industry of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

3. Approve the enclosed changes and additions which are made to some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
