About approval of changes and additions which are made to the Order of the Government No. 750 of June 13, 2016

Based on part provisions (1) Article 18 and part (2) article 19 of the Law No. 151 of July 17, 2014 on requirements to ecological designing of energy-requiring products (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2014, Art. No. 310-312, 616) DECIDES: the Government

1. Approve changes and additions which are made to the Order of the Government No. 750 of June 13, 2016 "About approval of regulations on requirements to ecological designing of energy-requiring products" it (is applied).

2. This Resolution becomes effective in six months from the date of its publication in the Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova.
