About approval of the Standard agreement about delivery of health care (about provision of medical services) within compulsory medical insurance and modification of some Orders of the Government

According to part (2) article 7 of the Law No. 1585/1998 on compulsory medical insurance (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 1998, Art. No. 38-39, 280), with subsequent changes, DECIDES: the Government

1. Approve the Standard agreement about delivery of health care (about provision of medical services) within compulsory medical insurance it (is applied).

2. In the Charter of National medical insurance company approved by the Order of the Government No. 156/2002 (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2002, Art. No. 27-28, 232), with subsequent changes, to make the following changes:

Item 11 to add 1) with the subitem of j-4) of the following content:

"refund to j-4) documentary confirmed expenses incurred by insured person on medical services which were not rendered according to the Agreement on delivery of health care (about provision of medical services) within compulsory medical insurance, with deduction of the corresponding amount due to the subsequent transfers to the supplier of medical services who did not fulfill the contractual commitments";

The subitem-2) from Item 12 to add 2) with the words "according to the procedure, established by the order of the Minister of Health and CEO of the Company";

3) in Item 16 and in the subitem c) of Item 21 the text "The Ministry of Health, work and social protection" in any grammatical form shall be replaced with words "Ministry of Health" in the corresponding grammatical form.

3. In the Regulations on procedure for creation of funds of compulsory medical insurance and management of them approved by the Order of the Government No. 594/2002 (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2002, Art. No. 66-68, 691), with subsequent changes, to make the following changes:
