About approval of the compensated amount and prices/rates for residential customers on category of energy vulnerability for the period November, 2022 - March, 2023

Based on provisions of article 15 of the Law 241/2022 on Fonda of decrease in energy vulnerability (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2022, Art. No. 246-250, 498) DECIDES: the Government

1. Approve the maximum compensated amount proceeding from type of the used energy and compensated price/rate on each category of energy vulnerability for the purpose of calculation of compensations on payment of invoices for energy for residential customers, based on Regulations on assignment of categories of energy vulnerability and procedure for the establishment and payment of compensations on payment of invoices for energy approved by the Order of the Government No. 704/2022, according to appendix.

2. The compensation amount, the energy vulnerability paid at the rate on one residential customer through Fund of decrease, represents difference between the size of the regulated price / rate of the energy for month of consumption or price/rate of the supplier for the residential customer and the compensated price/rate established for the consumer according to category of energy vulnerability increased by actually consumed energy amount within the maximum compensated monthly amount if the regulated price / rate of energy or price/rate of the supplier for the residential customer is higher than the compensated price/rate established for the consumer according to category of energy vulnerability according to formula:
