1. Approve enclosed:

1) the list of national institutes of development, the national companies and other legal entities whose more than fifty percent of voting shares (shares) belong to joint-stock company "National welfare fund "Samruk-Kazyna" on the property right or trust management which shares are alienated or delivered in trust management according to the decision of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

2) the list of national institutes of development, the national companies and other legal entities whose more than fifty percent of voting shares (shares) belong to joint-stock company "National welfare fund "Samruk-Kazyna" on the property right or trust management, the decision on liquidation which reorganization is accepted by the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

2. Recognize invalid some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan according to appendix to this resolution.

3. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its signing.
