Based on parts one and the second Item 6, 7, of the paragraph of third Item parts one 8, of Item 19 of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of October 4, 2022 No. 351 "About development of agroecotourism" the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES: Item parts two

1. Approve Regulations on procedure by district executive committees of ministerial procedure on decision making about implementation of activities for rendering services in the field of agroecotourism it (is applied).

2. Establish:

standard form of the contract for rendering services by the subject of agroecotourism to agroecotourists according to appendix 1;

standard form of the service provision agreement in the field of agroecotourism between the subject of agroecotourism and tour operator according to appendix 2.

3. Make changes to resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus according to appendix 3.

4. Recognize invalid resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus according to appendix 4.

5. This resolution becomes effective since January 1, 2023.
