This Decision becomes effective after 30 calendar days from the date of its official publication, except for Items 2 and 4 of changes (appendix to this Decision) which become effective from the effective date decisions of Board of the Eurasian economic commission on modification of the Procedure for forming and maintaining the unified register of the issued certificates of conformity and the registered declarations of conformity.
