1. Declare invalid the order of the Ministry of social policy of Ukraine of December 1, 2014 No. 993 "About approval of forms of accounting card, magazine of registration of a statement of provision (deprivation) of the status of person deported on national sign and certificates of person deported on national sign", No. 1611/26388 registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on December 17, 2014.

2. To provide to management of targeted social support of the population and development of social inspection (Ryazanov N. G.) submission of this order in accordance with the established procedure on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.

3. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.

4. To impose control over the implementation of this order on the deputy minister Muzychenko V. V.
