About introduction of amendments to some acts of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan in connection with creation of system of coordination of activities of responsible state bodies within ensuring seismic safety
According to the resolution of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan of May 16, 2023 No. PP-158 "About additional measures for further enhancement of system of ensuring seismic safety of the population and the territory of the Republic of Uzbekistan":
1. Make the following changes to some acts of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan according to appendix providing:
in connection with creation of Republican council on coordination of actions of ensuring seismic safety of the population and the territory of the Republic of Uzbekistan the termination of activities of Interdepartmental scientific and technical council for seismology, aseismic construction and seismic safety of the population and the territory of the Republic of Uzbekistan and transfer of its powers to again formed Council;
entering of corresponding changes into executive structure of the Cabinet of Ministers in connection with creation of Department of coordination of questions of ensuring seismic safety.
2. To impose control of execution of this Decree on the Prime Minister of the Republic of Uzbekistan A. N. Aripov.
