Based on part two of Item 12 of the Regulations on accounting treatment, storage, uses and deliveries (shipment) of the scrap and waste of ferrous and non-ferrous metals approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of May 24, 2023 No. 341, and Item 7 of the Regulations on the Industry ministry of the Republic of Belarus approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of July 31, 2006 No. 980, the Industry ministry of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:
1. Establish criteria of feasibility of conversion and use of scrap and waste of ferrous and non-ferrous metals according to appendix.
2. This resolution becomes effective after its official publication.
