Based on part (2) article 16 of the Law No. 182/2019 on quality of drinking water (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2020, Art. No. 1-2, 2), with subsequent changes, DECIDES: the Government
1. Approve Sanitary regulations on supervision and monitoring of quality of drinking water it (is applied).
2. Declare invalid appendix No. 2 to the Order of the Government No. 934/2007 about creation of the Automated information system "The State Register of the Bottled Natural Mineral Water, Drinking Water and Soft Drinks" (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2007, Art. No. 131-135, 970), with subsequent changes.
3. To impose control of execution of this resolution on the Ministry of Health.
4. This resolution becomes effective after six months from the date of publication in the Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova.
