1. Determine that since November 10, 2017:

export licensing and import of the specific goods included in appendix No. 1 to this Decree is performed by Information analysis department concerning development of foreign trade activity, the export potential of industries of economy and the territories of the republic of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan based on acts of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan or decisions of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan;

examination and registration of import contracts, and also examination of the tender documentation and specifications is carried out by the Center of complex examination of projects and import contracts under the Ministry of Economy and Industry of the Republic of Uzbekistan according to the legislation.

2. Ceased to be valid.

3. To the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan to develop and approve Regulations on licensing procedure for export and import of specific goods in a month.
