I ORDER:
1. Bring in some orders of the Minister of digital development, innovations and the aerospace industry of the Republic of Kazakhstan the following changes:
1) in the order of the acting minister of digital development, innovations and the aerospace industry of the Republic of Kazakhstan of April 26, 2023 No. 165/Tax Code "About Approval of Qualification Requirements for Implementation of Activities for Digital Mining and the List of the Documents Confirming Compliance to Them" (it is registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts for No. 32416):
The qualification requirements for implementation of activities for digital mining and the list of the documents confirming compliance to them (further – qualification requirements) approved by the specified order to be reworded as follows according to appendix 1 to this order;
2) in the order of the Minister of digital development, innovations and the aerospace industry of the Republic of Kazakhstan of April 28, 2023 No. 169/Tax Code "About Approval of Rules of Licensing of Activities for Digital Mining" (it is registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts for No. 32431):
