According to parts ten and the eleventh article 31 of the Law of Ukraine "On regulation of town-planning activities", the laws of Ukraine "About electronic documents and electronic document management", "About electronic confidential services", the Code of civil protection of Ukraine and the paragraph of the two hundred ninety third subitem 20 of item 4 of the Regulations on the Ministry of the development of communities, the territories and infrastructure of Ukraine approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of June 30, 2015 No. 460 (in edition of the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of December 17, 2022 to No. 1400), I ORDER:
1. Approve the Change in the Procedure for development of the project documentation on construction of facilities approved by the order of the Ministry of Regional Development, Construction and Housing of Ukraine of May 16, 2011 No. 45, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on June 1, 2011 at No. 651/19389 (in edition of the order of the Ministry of Regional Development, Construction and Housing of Ukraine of March 23, 2012 No. 122) which are applied.
2. To submit to department of pricing, economy and organization of construction (Vakhovich I. V.) this order in accordance with the established procedure on state registration to the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.
