For the purpose of further enhancement of procedures of rendering the state services connected with state registration of the rights to real estate and also ensuring execution of the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan "About state registration of the rights to real estate" the DECIDES: Cabinet of Ministers

1. Take into consideration that the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan "About state registration of the rights to real estate" determines new mechanisms of state registration of the rights to real estate, including bases of procedures of the Section and consolidation of real estate.

2. Make changes and additions to some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Uzbekistan according to appendix No. 1, providing:

systematization and association in the single document of the regulatory legal acts connected with state registration of the rights to real estate;

the procedure of rendering the state services in state registration of the fact of origin at physical persons and legal entities, transition to other person, restrictions and the terminations of the rights to real estate;

the procedure of rendering the state services in the Section, consolidation and determination of new borders of real estate, and also the amount of the payment levied for rendering these services;

entering into the state register in electronic form of real estate on which the certificate on state registration, and issue of the statement from it, including implementation of these services on free basis is granted.

3. Recognize invalid some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Uzbekistan according to appendix No. 2.

4. To impose control of execution of this resolution on the deputy prime minister of the Republic of Uzbekistan - the Minister of Economy and Finance Kuchkarov D. A.

Changes and additions made to some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Uzbekistan

in case of change of form of business and (or) trade name of the subject of entrepreneurship - the legal entity".

Administrative regulations of rendering the state services in state registration of the rights to real estate

Chapter 1. General provisions

1. These Regulations determine procedure for rendering the state services in state registration of the fact of origin at physical persons and legal entities of the rights to real estate, transition to other person, restrictions and the terminations of the rights to real estate.

2. The provision of these Regulations does not extend to the subsoil connected with mining.

3. In these Regulations the following basic concepts are used:

intermediaries - the centers of the state services, notary offices, notaries, the realtor organizations, commercial banks and Agency on management of the state assets;

registering body - Chamber of the state inventories of the Agency according to the inventory under the Ministry of Economics and finance (further - the Agency according to the inventory);

territorial administration - managements of Chamber of the state inventories of the Agency according to the inventory in the Republic of Karakalpakstan, areas and the city of Tashkent.
