1. Take into consideration that according to article 7 of the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan "About Dehkan economy" it is determined that for state registration of the rights to the parcels of land provided for maintaining Dehkan farms registration or state registration of Dehkan farms and issue of statements from the Unified state register of Dehkan farms the state fee and collection are not levied.

2. Make additions to the Procedure for cost determination of the state services in the field of the state inventory of real estate units approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of July 10, 2014 No. 186, according to appendix.

3. To the agency according to the inventory under the State Tax Committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan together with the interested ministries and departments to bring the regulatory legal acts adopted by them into accord with this resolution in a month.

4. To impose control of execution of this resolution on the deputy prime minister of the Republic of Uzbekistan on financial and economic questions and reducing poverty - the Minister of Economic Development and reducing poverty of Kuchkarov D. A. and chairman of the State Tax Committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan Kudbiyev Sh. D.
