About additional measures for strengthening of family and increase in activity of women

For the purpose of ensuring execution of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Uzbekistan of December 21, 2023 No. UP-208 "About Additional Measures for Enhancement of Activities of Committee of Family and Women", and also full support and increase in activity of women:
1. To the republican commission on questions of advancement of women in society, gender equality and family and to the Cabinet of Ministers to provide implementation of the requirement for bringing by 2030 to 30 percent of share of women among workers of managerial personnel of each state body, organization and company of all links, including in executive bodies on places, judicial system and law enforcement agencies, also when forming structure of executive bodies of the state companies, including the boards of directors and the supervisory boards.
2. Determine that since February 1, 2024:
in the educational organizations training courses for the purpose of adjustment, development, enhancement of business activity and rendering the methodical help to the women beginning to be engaged in home work and workmanship with involvement of experienced home-workers and handicraftsmen are organized;
the expenses connected with training of women in professions in the direction of home work and workmanship are financed within the approved expense budget by means of the State fund of assistance of employment
.At the same time the part to 70 percent of the educational expenses spent for each graduate who studied professions in the educational organizations which is not exceeding the fivefold size of basic settlement size becomes covered by the state.
3. To provide to the ministry of employment and reducing poverty:
in two-month time - creation of the Band bo " lmagan xotin-qizlar module ("The women who are not occupied with work") based on the xotin-qizlar.uz Platform and integration of this module with information systems of the ministries and departments;
