1. Bring in the list of types of products concerning which bodies of the state market supervision exercise the state market supervision, the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine approved by the resolution of December 28, 2016 No. 1069 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2017, No. 50, of Art. 1550; 2021, No. 46, the Art. 2866), the enclosed change.
2. Determine that for simultaneous action of requirements of Item 3-1 of the Section VIII "Final and transitional provisions" of the Law of Ukraine "About provision of construction products in the market" and requirements of the Technical regulation of construction products (products) approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of December 20, 2006 No. 1764 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2006, No. 51, Art. 3415; 2022, No. 26, of the Art. 1431), the body of the state market supervision exercises market supervision concerning compliance of construction products (products) to requirements of the Technical regulation according to which such products were made and introduced into circulation.
