About introduction of amendments to some Orders of the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the Russian Federation and recognition voided some Orders and separate provisions of some Orders of the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the Russian Federation in connection with creation of the state information system "Single Centralized Digital Platform in the Social Sphere"

According to part one of article 8 of the Federal Law of November 24, 1995 No. 181-FZ "About social protection of disabled people in the Russian Federation", part 11 of article 12.1 of the Federal Law of July 17, 1999 No. 178-FZ "About the government public assistance", Items 1 and 2 of article 24 of the Federal Law of December 15, 2001 No. 166-FZ "About the state provision of pensions in the Russian Federation", part 6 of Article 21, part 1 of Article 26 and part 5 of article 28 of the Federal Law of December 28, 2013 No. 400-FZ "About insurance pensions", parts 8 and 14 of article 9 of the Federal Law of December 28, 2013 No. 424-FZ "About funded pension", part 6 of article 1 of the Federal Law of December 28, 2017 No. 418-FZ "About monthly payments to the families having children", subitems 5.2. 69, 5.2.70, 5.2.71, 5.2.73, 5.2.73(4), 5.2.73(5), 5.2.103, 5.2.103(1), 5.2.106, 5.2. 122, 5.2.135 Items 5 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the Russian Federation approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of June 19, 2012 No. 610, the paragraph the sixth Item 36 and the paragraph the second Item 50 of the Rules of recognition of person by the disabled person approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of April 5, 2022 No. 588, and Item 5 of the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of December 29, 2023 "About the state information system "Single Centralized Digital Platform in the Social Sphere" order to No. 2386:

1. Make changes to some orders of the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the Russian Federation according to appendix to this order.

2. Recognize to invalid:

the order of the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the Russian Federation of October 12, 2016 No. 569n "About approval of the list of other information about person recognized as the disabled person, the disabled people who are subject to inclusion in the federal register" (registration No. 44226) is registered by the Ministry of Justice of the Russian Federation on November 2, 2016;

the order of the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the Russian Federation of October 12, 2016 No. 570n "About approval of the list of the guarantees established by the legislation of the Russian Federation, payments and compensations which are subject to inclusion in the federal register of disabled people" (registration No. 44227) is registered by the Ministry of Justice of the Russian Federation on November 2, 2016;

the order of the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the Russian Federation of September 25, 2017 No. 696n "About modification of the list of other information about person recognized as the disabled person, to subject inclusion in the federal register of disabled people approved by the order of the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the Russian Federation of October 12, 2016 No. 569n" (registration No. 48560) is registered by the Ministry of Justice of the Russian Federation on October 16, 2017;

Item of 1 changes which are made to the orders of the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the Russian Federation concerning the data included in the federal register of the disabled people approved by the order of the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the Russian Federation of August 21, 2018 No. 545n (registration No. 52089) is registered by the Ministry of Justice of the Russian Federation on September 5, 2018;

the order of the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the Russian Federation of November 14, 2019 No. 724n "About approval of the Procedure for placement in the federal register of disabled people of data on the vehicle managed by the disabled person, or the vehicle transporting the disabled person and (or) the handicapped child, and also use and provision of these data and on recognition No. 443n which voided the order of the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the Russian Federation of July 4, 2018 "About approval of the Procedure for issue of identification mark "Disabled person" for individual use" (registration No. 56833) is registered by the Ministry of Justice of the Russian Federation on December 17, 2019;

the order of the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the Russian Federation of December 17, 2019 No. 797n "About modification of Item 30 of the list of other information about person recognized as the disabled person, the disabled people who are subject to inclusion in the federal register, the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the Russian Federation approved by the order of October 12, 2016 No. 569n" (registration No. 57352) is registered by the Ministry of Justice of the Russian Federation on January 30, 2020;
