Based on h (7) 16) of item 14 and the item 19) of Regulations on the organization and functioning of the National agency on safety of foodstuff approved by the Order of the Government No. 14/2023, and for the purpose of transposition of appendix to Regulations (EU) No. 579/2014 of the Commission of May 28, 2014 about provision of departure from certain provisions of appendix II to Regulations (EU) No. 852/2004 of the European Parliament and Council concerning transportation of liquid oils and fats across the sea I ORDER to Art. 12 of the Law No. 296/2017 on general requirements of hygiene of foodstuff, subitem:

1. Approve the Freight list in case of which prior transportation transportation filling by water activities of transport of oils and fats is allowed, according to appendix.

2. This order becomes effective from the date of publication in the Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova.

3. To impose control on execution of this order on Afanasi Tarlev, the deputy director general in the field of safety of foodstuff, and Management of border control.
