About additional measures for enhancement of processes of labor migration and support of persons performing temporary labor activity abroad

For the purpose of increase in system effectiveness of process management of labor migration, creating favorable conditions for the citizens wishing to perform labor activity abroad, reintegrations of persons which came back from labor migration, including ensuring their employment, increase in professional qualification and stimulation of entrepreneurial initiatives:

1. Agree with offers of the Ministry of employment and reducing poverty:

a) about education:

The agencies of external labor migration under the Ministry of employment and reducing poverty (further - the Agency) in the form of public institution based on the State company "The Agency of External Labor Migration under the Ministry of Employment and Reducing Poverty of the Republic of Uzbekistan";

Department of questions of external labor migration in executive structure of the Cabinet of Ministers (further - Department) consisting of 4 established posts due to reducing 4 established posts of the Ministry of employment and reducing poverty;

b) ceased to be valid according to the Presidential decree of the Republic of Uzbekistan of 17.10.2024 No. UP-162

2. Approve:

procedure for the organization of activities of the Agency, Department and attache according to appendix No. 1;

sources of financing of activities of the Agency, its territorial administrations and representations abroad according to appendix No. 2.

3. Determine that since June 1, 2024 by fund of support and protection of the rights and interests of the citizens performing labor activity abroad under the Ministry of employment and reducing poverty (further - Fund):

a) compensation on covering of expenses, connected is paid to the citizens who were registered by electronic program complex of labor migration "Xorijda ish" and leaving in organized labor migration:
