Based on part one of Item 2 of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of June 25, 2021 "About the ministerial procedures performed concerning subjects of managing", the paragraph of the ninth of article 6 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of January 9, 2006 No. 93-Z "About hydrometeorological activities" of paragraphs of the third and fourth of Article 9, parts four of article 23 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of December 27, 2010 No. 204-Z "About renewable energy resources" and in pursuance of article 4 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of March 5, 2024 No. 357-Z "About change of the laws" the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES: No. 240
1. Make changes to resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus according to appendix.
2. Determine that the certificates on confirmation of origin of energy issued by the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environmental Protection before entry into force of this resolution are valid and are not limited to effective period.
3. This resolution becomes effective since June 9, 2024.
