Being guided by Item 32 of article 109 of the Constitution of the Azerbaijan Republic, in connection with implementation of the Presidential decree of the Azerbaijan Republic of November 24, 2022 No. 1887 about modification of presidential decrees of the Azerbaijan Republic No. 706 of September 5, 2012 "About enhancement of management in the field of the electronic government and ensuring activities of the State agency on servicing of citizens and to social innovations in case of the President of the Azerbaijan Republic", No. 1785 of January 12, 2018 "About some measures connected with digital development and improvement of management in the field of transport in the Azerbaijan Republic", No. 1885 of March 14, 2018 "About the measures connected with development of the electronic government and transition to the digital government" and No. 263 of September 12, 2018 "About approval "Rules of forming, management, integration and archiving of the state information resources and systems and some measures connected with the electronic government", I decide:
