2. Approve enclosed:
Payment procedure of the one-time monetary assistance on children from needy families for passing of the winter period of 2024/25;
Payment procedure of the one-time monetary assistance to children and persons with disability of the I group of number of internally displaced persons for passing of the winter period of 2024/25.
3. Bring in the Procedure for use of means of the government budget for ensuring social protection of the citizens who got to difficult vital circumstances, the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine approved by the resolution of December 30, 2022 No. 1475 "Some questions of social protection of the citizens who got to difficult vital circumstances" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2023, No. 4, Art. 317; 2024, No. 11, the Art. 689), and the Procedure for use of the means provided in the Government budget for support of needy families, the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine approved by the resolution of December 30, 2022 No. 1478 "Some questions of social protection of needy families" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2023, No. 4, the Art. 319), the enclosed changes.
4. Determine that the Ministry of social policy performs payment:
the one-time monetary assistance on children from needy families for passing of the winter period of 2024/25 at the expense of means of the budget program "Support of Needy Families";
