About measures for implementation of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of April 1, 2025 No. 139
In pursuance of paragraphs two and third Item 10 of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of April 1, 2025 "About implementation of the investment project" the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES: No. 139
1. Approve Regulations on conditions of equal access for operators of telecommunication to single network it (is applied).
2. Make changes to the following resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus:
2.1. part the second Item 57 of Rules of rendering the services of telecommunication approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of August 17, 2006 No. 1055, to state in the following edition:
"In case of absence at the subscriber of unexecuted obligations to the donor operator in case of the address of the subscriber to the operator recipient with the statement for transfer of number till 14:00 the current days number shall be transferred before the expiration of these days, in case of the address after 14:00 the term of processing of the statement by the donor operator shall not exceed the current days 24 hours from the moment of giving by the subscriber to the operator recipient of such statement.";
2.2. the requirements to scope of the territory of the Republic of Belarus services of cellular mobile telecommunication and to their quality approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of December 31, 2024 No. 1073, to be reworded as follows (are attached).
3. This resolution becomes effective after its official publication.
