Based on provisions of the Law on the market of oil products No. 461/2001, of Item 8 of the Methodology of calculation and use of prices of oil products approved by the Resolution NARE No. 446/2021, of part (9) article 8 of the Law No. 139/2018 on energy efficiency, appendices No. 5 to the Program of implementation of the scheme of obligations in the field of the energy efficiency for 2024-2026 approved by the Order of the Government No. 1064/2023, and also the subitem g) Item 16 of the Regulations on the organization and functioning of the National agency on regulation in power approved by the Resolution of Parliament No. 334/2018, Administrative board of the National agency on regulation in power DECIDES:
1. Approve specific trade margin in case of retail sale of the main oil products of standard type on the first semester of 2026 in the amount of leu/litre 3,62 on gasoline and 3,64 of leu/litre on diesel fuel.
2. The size of the defined contribution in the field of energy efficiency included in calculation of specific trade margin is not subject to the procedure of the adjustment of times a half-year, stipulated in Item 8 Methodologies of calculation and use of prices of oil products approved by the Resolution NARE No. 446/2021.
3. This resolution becomes effective from the date of publication in the Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova and can be appealed in the publishing body within 30 days.
