Based on part six of article 40 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of June 23, 2008 No. 356-Z "About labor protection", No. 45 "About ensuring salary payment and remunerations" the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES: parts two of subitem 1.1 and part one of subitem 1.2 of Item 1 of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of February 12, 2026

1. Approve:

The regulations on Department of State Labour Inspection of the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the Republic of Belarus (are applied);

Regulations on procedure for pronouncement of the requirement about elimination of violations of the law on work for ensuring salary payment or the requirement about elimination of violations of the civil legislation for ensuring payment of remuneration (are applied);

Regulations on procedure for decision on collection of the salary and (or) remuneration (are applied).

2. Recognize invalid resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus according to appendix.

3. Provide to the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection reduction of the regulatory legal acts in compliance with this resolution.

4. This resolution becomes effective in the following procedure:

Items 1 and 2 – since May 15, 2026;

other provisions of this resolution – after its official publication.
