About approval of the Regulations on control of activities of bureau of credit histories and changes in some regulatory legal acts of the National Bank of Ukraine

According to Articles 7, of 15, of 56, 57 Laws of Ukraine "About the National Bank of Ukraine", Articles 15, 16 Laws of Ukraine "About the organization of forming and the address of credit stories", the Law of Ukraine "About ministerial procedure", for the purpose of enhancement of regulation of activities of bureau of credit histories, procedure of control of activities of bureau of credit histories and modification of some regulatory legal acts of the National Bank of Ukraine the board of the National Bank of Ukraine decides:

1. Approve Regulations on control of activities of bureau of credit histories which are applied.

2. Approve changes in:

1) Regulations on regulation of activities of the bureau of credit histories approved by the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of October 06, 2023 No. 127, which are applied;

2) Regulations on procedure of administrative production, general requirements to documents and procedure for their submission to the National Bank of Ukraine within separate procedures approved by the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of December 29, 2023 No. 200 (with the enclosed changes).

3. To department of methodology of regulation of activities of non-bank financial institutions (Sergey Savchuk) to inform bureau of credit histories information on adoption of this resolution.

4. The resolution becomes effective from the date of, its publication following behind day.

Regulations on control of activities of bureau of credit histories

I. General provisions

1. This Provision is developed according to requirements of the Law of Ukraine "About the National Bank of Ukraine" (further - the Law on National Bank), the Law of Ukraine "About the organization of forming and the address of credit stories" (further - the Law), the Law of Ukraine "About ministerial procedure" (further - the Administrative procedure act), for the purpose of control of activities of bureau of credit histories (further - Bureau).

2. Terms in this Provision are used in such value:

1) the e-mail address of Bureau for implementation of official communication with National Bank - the e-mail address which the Bureau provided to the National Bank of Ukraine (further - National Bank) for implementation of official communication;

2) the electronic copy of the document - the visual representation of the paper document electronically received by scanning of the original of the paper document which original compliance attested qualified digital signature (further - the CAP) that is imposed on the document with observance of requirements of the legislation of Ukraine in the field of electronic confidential services and electronic document management;

3) the authorized person concerning control of activities of Bureau - The chairman of National Bank, the First Deputy Chairman of National Bank, the vice-chairman of National Bank, the head of the structural unit of National Bank to which functions control of compliance of activities of Bureau to requirements of the legislation of Ukraine in the field of forming and the address of credit stories according to the powers of National Bank determined by the Law or person which is carrying out its obligations belongs.

The term "administrative production" is used in this Provision in the value given in the Administrative procedure act.

Other terms in this Provision are used according to the determinations specified in the Law.
