I ORDER:

1. Approve the enclosed list of some orders to which changes are made.

2. To provide to committee of civil aviation of the Ministry of transport of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation:

1) state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

2) placement of this order on Internet resource of the Ministry of transport of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

3. To impose control of execution of this order on the supervising vice-Minister of Transport of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

4. This order becomes effective after sixty calendar days after day of its first official publication.

In case of receipt of the state service through the portal, the statement in electronic form, certified (signed) by the digital signature or certified by the one-time password, goes through lock of "the digital government" to the digital E-licensing system (further - ate) the service provider in day of documents acceptance.

Processing of the request is performed by the service provider from the moment of receipt of the statement in ate.

The list of the main requirements to rendering the state service including characteristics of process, form, content and result of rendering, and also other data taking into account features of provision of the state service are stated in the list of the main requirements to rendering the state service.";

"12. In case of delivery of documents through the portal, the status about acceptance of request for rendering the state service goes to "personal account" of the applicant.

The authorized organization performs document registration and the data in day of their receipt.

In case of receipt of documents and data through the portal and the state corporation after the termination of working hours, in days off and holidays according to the labor law of the Republic of Kazakhstan, registration/issue of the request on rendering the state service is performed the next working afternoon.
