About introduction of amendments to some Orders of the State inspection of nuclear regulation of Ukraine

According to the Law of Ukraine of October 10, 2024 to No. 4017-IX "About modification of some legal acts of Ukraine in connection with adoption of law of Ukraine "About ministerial procedure", parts one of article 12 of the Law of Ukraine "About allowing activities in the field of use of nuclear energy", the subitem 16 of item 4 of the Regulations on the State inspection of the nuclear regulation of Ukraine approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of August 20, 2014 No. 363, I ORDER:

1. Approve Changes in the Rules of licensing of training of personnel for operation of nuclear installation approved by the order of the State committee of nuclear regulation of Ukraine of December 13, 2004 No. 186, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on January 04, 2005 at No. 2/10282, which are applied.

2. In appendix 2 to the Regulations on the list and requirements concerning form and content of the documents submitted for receipt of the license for implementation of separate types of activity in the field of use of nuclear energy approved by the order of the State inspection of nuclear regulation of Ukraine of the August 06, 2012 No. 153, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on August 29, 2012 at No. 1453/21765, the Section IV to exclude.
