I ORDER:

1. Approve the enclosed list of some orders to which changes, according to appendix to this order are made.

2. To provide to committee of civil aviation of the Ministry of transport of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation:

1) state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

2) placement of this order on Internet resource of the Ministry of transport of the Republic of Kazakhstan after its official publication.

3. To impose control of execution of this order on the supervising Vice-Minister of Transport of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

4. This order becomes effective after sixty calendar days after day of its first official publication.

The list of some orders to which changes are made

1. Bring in the order of the acting minister of transport and communications of the Republic of Kazakhstan of August 13, 2010 No. 359 "About approval of Rules of issue and the bases for refusal in issue of permissions to accomplishment of the international irregular flights (it is registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts at No. 6463) the following changes:

"14. The service provider provides entering of data on stage of rendering the state service into digital monitoring system of rendering the state services.

When rendering the state service by means of the state digital system of permissions and notifications data on stage of rendering the state service arrive in the automatic mode in digital monitoring system of rendering the state services.";

be reworded as follows the appendix 2 List of the Main Requirements to Rendering the State Service "Issue of Permission to Accomplishment of the International Irregular Flights" according to appendix 1 to this List of some orders to which changes are made (further – the list of orders).

2. Bring in the order of the Minister of Transport and Communications of the Republic of Kazakhstan of September 26, 2013 No. 750 "About approval of Rules of issue and prolongation of effective period of certificates of aviation personnel" (it is registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts for No. 8782) the following changes:

In case of the address of the applicant after 1 (one) month, at the request of the state corporation the authorized organization sends documents to the state corporation for issue to the applicant by means of postal service.

The authorized organization provides delivery of result of the state service in the state corporation, delivery date is not included into the state corporation of rendering the state service in time.";
