About approval of the Regulations on procedure and conditions of application of the mode of stabilization

1. Approve Regulations on procedure and conditions of application of the mode of stabilization according to appendix.
2. Authorize National investments agency in case of the President of the Kyrgyz Republic on the conclusion on behalf of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic of agreements on the stabilization mode according to the procedure set by this resolution.
