reliability of technical condition and safety of work of large and especially important water management objects;
designing, construction, operation, reconstruction and repair of large and especially important water management objects, including the organization of examination of projects, control of quality of construction and acceptance for operation;
organization of reliable protection of large and especially important water management objects.
2. Approve:
organizational structure and structure of central office of the Gosvodkhoznadzor according to the appendices N1 and 2;
