For the purpose of enhancement of procedure for provision of services of mail service and reduction of regulatory legal acts which are applied in the field of provision of services of mail service in compliance with Articles 7, of 8, 15 Laws of Ukraine "About mail service", Item 6 of the Rules of provision of services of mail service approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of 17.08.2002 of N 1155, acts of Universal Postal Union which consent to be bound is provided by the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, ORDER:

1. Approve Standard rates and normative terms of peresylaniye of mailings and postal orders which are applied.

2. To the director of State department concerning communication and informatization O. Baranov:

2.1. Provide provision of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.

2.2. Bring this order to permission of the interested companies, organizations, the organizations, physical persons and to provide control of its accomplishment.

3. Declare invalid the order of the Ministry of Transport and Communications of Ukraine of 14.11.2005 No. 759 "About approval of Standard rates and normative terms of peresylaniye of mailings and postal orders", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine 29.11.2005 for No. 1435/11715.
