About approval of Standard rates and normative terms of transfer of mailings

According to article 15 of the Law of Ukraine "About mail service", I order to Item 10 of Rules of rendering the services of mail service approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of March 05, 2009 No. 270, to acts of Universal Postal Union which consent to be bound is provided by the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine and for rendering the mail service to users of services corresponding to the established standard rates of quality:

1. Approve Standard rates and normative terms of transfer of mailings which are attached.

2. To provide to department of coordination of policy of development of infrastructure and tourism:

submission of this order in accordance with the established procedure on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine;

promulgation of this order on the official site of the Ministry of infrastructure of Ukraine.

3. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.

4. Recognize invalid orders of the Ministry of Transport and Communications of Ukraine of December 12, 2007 as No. 1149 "About approval of Standard rates and normative terms of transfer of mailings and postal orders", No. 1267 registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on December 19, 2007 on No. 1383/14650, and of December 08, 2009 "About approval of Changes in Standard rates and normative terms of transfer of mailings and postal orders", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on December 25, 2009 at No. 1254/17270.
