About approval of the Regulations on interaction of the Single state register of statistical units of the Kyrgyz Republic with departmental registers of state bodies and the Procedure for information exchange between the interested state bodies

1. Approve enclosed:

- Regulations on interaction of the Single state register of statistical units of the Kyrgyz Republic with departmental registers of state bodies;

- Procedure for information exchange between the interested state bodies.

2. Bring in the Order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic of November 14, 2003 No. 722 "About the Single state register of statistical units of the Kyrgyz Republic and its interaction with departmental registers" the following changes:

- in the name of the Resolution of the word "and its interaction with departmental registers" to exclude;

- declare invalid the "Regulations on interaction of the Single state register of statistical units of the Kyrgyz Republic (EGRSE) with departmental registers" approved by the specified Resolution.

3. To impose control over the implementation of this Resolution on National Statistical Committee of the Kyrgyz Republic (under approval).

National communication agency of the Kyrgyz Republic,

Social fund of the Kyrgyz Republic,

National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic,

Service of supervision and regulation of the financial market of the Kyrgyz Republic,

The state agency on the antimonopoly policy and development of the competition under the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic,

Public service of financial investigation under the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic;

1.2. The legislation of information exchange between state bodies draw up the regulatory legal acts of the Kyrgyz Republic regulating registration and activities of legal entities and physical persons, and also procedure for their interaction with authorized state bodies.

2.1. Main objective of interaction of EGRSE with departmental registers is maintenance of EGRSE and departmental registers in the condition reflecting the valid situation now.
