About approval of the Procedure for development of standard rates of maximum permissible dumping of pollutants into water objects and the list of pollutants which dumping into water objects is normalized

According to article 38 of the Water code of Ukraine the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:

1. Approve enclosed:

Procedure for development of standard rates of maximum permissible dumping of pollutants into water objects;

the list of pollutants which dumping into water objects is normalized.

2. To the ministries, to another central and to local executive bodies, Council of Ministers of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea to provide accomplishment of actions which need to be performed till 2008 in connection with approval of noted list, according to appendix.

Procedure for development of standard rates of maximum permissible dumping of pollutants into water objects

1. This Procedure determines the main requirements to regulation of the maximum permissible dumping (MPD) of the pollutants which are present at composition of sewage of water users.

2. Substance PDS - the mass of substance in returnable water, being the most admissible for assignment on the set mode of this Item of water object for unit of time.
