About registration of transactions on export of scrap metal and semifinished products from it

According to articles 9 and 12 of the Law of Ukraine "About scrap metal" and the Law of Ukraine "About rates of export (export) duty for scrap of the alloyed ferrous metals, non-ferrous scrap and semifinished products with their use" we ORDER:

1. Approve forms of the Export Quality Certificate form (the N SYA-1) form according to appendices 1-3, intended for customs clearance of semifinished products from scrap of the alloyed ferrous metals and non-ferrous scrap.

2. Approve forms of the Export Quality Certificate form (the N SYA-2) form according to appendices 4-6, of the scrap of the alloyed ferrous metals and non-ferrous scrap intended for customs clearance.

3. Approve the Instruction about application and storage of forms of documents of strict accounting "The export quality certificate" (is attached).

4. This order becomes effective from 01.01.2009.

5. Declare invalid the order of the State committee of industrial policy of Ukraine and the State Customs Service of Ukraine of 16.03.2000 N 31/138 "About approval of forms of documents of strict accounting the "Quality certificate" and Instructions about procedure for production, the order, application and storage of forms of documents of strict accounting of the N SYa-1 "Quality certificate" form registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine 23.06.2000 for N 367/4588 (with changes).
