I. General provisions

1. The administrative regulations of execution of the state function by the Ministry of Justice of the Russian Federation on control of compliance of activities of non-profit organizations to their authorized purposes and tasks, branches and representative offices of the international organizations, foreign non-profit non-governmental organizations to stated purposes and tasks, and also behind observance of the legislation of the Russian Federation by them (further - Administrative regulations, the state function), establish procedure central office and territorial authorities of the Ministry of Justice of the Russian Federation (further - the Ministry of Justice of the Russian Federation, territorial authorities) control of activities of non-profit organizations, branches and representative offices of the international organizations and foreign non-profit non-governmental organizations.
