I. General provisions

1. The administrative regulations of execution of the state function by the Ministry of Justice of the Russian Federation on decision making about state registration of non-profit organizations (daleeadministrativny regulations, the state function) establish procedure for state registration by central office, territorial authorities of the Ministry of Justice of the Russian Federation (further - the Ministry of Justice of the Russian Federation, territorial authorities) non-profit organizations during their creation, reorganization, liquidation, entering into their constituent documents of changes, decision making about entering into the Unified State Register of Legal Entities of data (changes in data).
